In the very rare scenario in which certificates are not returned to clients after 24 hours of contacting us a refund will be issued.
STEP 1:
RECIEVING THE KIT
After placing the order, you will receive an accredit (CE) COVID-19 swab kit.
This will be delivered via a tracked next-day delivery service. All orders placed before 11:30AM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 11:30AM will be delivered within 24-48 hours.
STEP 2:
SELF-SWAB
Many people may find self-swabbing a slightly uncomfortable experience, but it is very important you perform this correctly.
We strongly encourage clients to watch the NHS video before taking a self-swab (see below).

STEP 3:
RESULTS
After taking the swab, and completing the test - initial results will be provided through the testing kit.
You will need to take a picture of this and call the helpline to instruct you how to send this to us securely.
From this a member of our technical team will review this and process a certificate of results.

STEP 4:
CERTIFICATE
A certificate will be sent to you via email as a pdf document, within a 24 hour guaranteed; but normally within 6 hours.
If you do not receive your certificate within 24 hours, it is important that you let us know as soon as you can.
