STEP 1:

RECIEVING THE KIT

After placing the order, you will receive an accredit (CE) COVID-19 swab kit.

This will be delivered via a tracked next-day delivery service. All orders placed before 11:30AM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 11:30AM will be delivered within 24-48 hours.

STEP 2:

SELF-SWAB

Many people may find self-swabbing a slightly uncomfortable experience, but it is very important you perform this correctly.

We strongly encourage clients to watch the NHS video before taking a self-swab (see below).

STEP 3:

RETURN THE KIT

After taking the swab, place the swab in the bottle provided and correctly seal the bottle.

Then ring Yorkshire Healthcare Service Helpline (01422 383049) to arrange a tracked delivery to our partnering laboratory.

You will be asked to register your kit (via the website), which involves providing personal details to process the sample. This is in accordance with GOV.UK guidance for accredited providers.

STEP 4:

RETURN THE KIT

Results will be sent to you via email as a pdf document. 

​

You will receive your results within 24 hours of the testing kit reaching the laboratory.

If you do not receive your results within this window, it is important that you let us know as soon as you can.
