SERVICE DESCRIPTION
This service includes: the test-kit itself, delivery of test kit to the above address and same day delivery to the laboratory, followed by certification of test result via email within 24 hours.
You will receive regular tracking updates as part of this service via email. This is a premium, personalised and reliable service reserved for emergency scenarios.

This service is described as a same day service, since the dispatch takes place on the same day. Results will be sent via email within 12-24 hours from placing the order.
STEP 1:
RECIEVING THE KIT
After placing the order, one of our in-house private courier drivers will be dispatched with your test kit.
This is a 24/7 hour service.

STEP 2:
SELF-SWAB
Many people may find self-swabbing a slightly uncomfortable experience, but it is very important you perform this correctly.
We strongly encourage clients to watch the NHS video before taking a self-swab (see below).
The courier driver will wait outside for you to perform the test.
STEP 3:
RETURN THE KIT
After taking the swab, place the swab in the bottle provided and correctly seal the bottle.
Please place the test kit outside in a secure location for the courier driver to pick up. This is to observe social distancing measures.
You will be asked to register your kit (via the website), which involves providing personal details to process the sample. This is in accordance with GOV.UK guidance for accredited providers.
STEP 4:
RETURN THE KIT
The courier driver will return your kit to the laboratory.
Results will be sent to you via email as a pdf document.
If you do not receive your results within 24 hours, it is important that you let us know as soon as you can.
